The third IMO China masterclass Horizontal Leadership has started

After an intensive preparation of the third IMO China masterclass the first module has taken place. Fortunately, the participants could meet life. Cynthia and her colleagues prepared the space, the program, the participants group and the support system.

During the two-day program the IMO China colleagues took care of the input, the exercises and reflective dialogues in the mornings. In the afternoons Adriaan Bekman guided over zoom the group through the program.

We explored the difference between management and leadership. We exercised the first day the identifying of your own leadership question, we exercised questioning the question. During the second day we exercised dialoguing and listening capacities and presenting your leadership vision. Through working with color, we explored in groups of four persons the creation, observation and interpretation quality that leadership requires. The evening of the first day movement and dancing were practiced as a community co-operation experience. Before leaving we formed the intervision groups.

The 20 participants were surprised how intense and fruitful one can explore your leadership with people you do not know. There was a strong community feeling in the group arising during the two days. Very practical tips the participants took home to experiment with.
