Tatiana Babanova is a coach and development consultant from Siberia, Russia. She has been in the field of human development since the early days of her working life in 1994-1995 when she got involved into development programs for teenagers and young leaders.
Her professional background includes training, consulting and writing in the field of organizational development, project management, social marketing and PR both in non-profit and for-profit sectors in Russia, research projects in US and UK, coaching. She also took leadership positions in private and public charity foundations in Russia and was an editor of a regional newsletter. Tatiana is an author and translator of several manuals on management in social sphere.
In 2008 Tatiana joined Heinz Consulting International Centre and through Heinz Consulting connected to Bernard Lievegoed Impulse and IMO work. Together with her colleagues in Russia Tatiana co-develops the Horizontal Leadership concepts. Tatiana joined IMO group in 2013. In March 2014 she became the co-founder of IMO-Russia.
Born in Siberia (Russia) she travels all around Russia and the world for work and for pleasure. Being a true believer in human potential, in her work with organizations she always keeps human being in focus: his questions, his path, his purpose. Fine listener she has her way of transforming difficult interactions between people into deep awareness processes, where people find their way to mutual understanding and productive working and personal relationships. Some of the clients say she is able “to translate from the language of souls to the language of words”. She is an organizer, creator, translator and coach by nature.
