I came to IMO after long and different walks of life.

Since my youth, I have been involved in competitive sports and sports team management, which was also my passion during my higher education. I then worked as a director for 15 years in a major company in the IT sector nationwide.

Then, due to a very difficult transition in my life, which required me to find a new personal balance and redefine my vision of professional life, I decided to embrace and deepen my knowledge of oriental disciplines with a training path that led me to teaching the discipline of Yoga.

At the same time, my skills in the field of organisation allowed me to collaborate with non-profit organisations, found a Third Sector Association and set up a national holistic training centre.

Not only that, I am now director in a Committee of a National Sports Promotion Body, for which I provide consultancy in the Third Sector and Sport Reform. In this context, I obtained from the University of Roma Tre, Department of Education Sciences, the validation, as an expert, of the following skills: Managerial and Leadership, Personal and Social, Team and Network, Change Management, Communication Management.

Joining IMO, was a natural completion of my journey in life, after getting to know and share the distinctive elements of its innovative vision of people and organization development. In the methodology, proposed in a simple and effective way, elements such as motivation and awareness of one’s own creative leadership are emphasised, which for me are foundational and decisive in transforming organisations that are at a standstill or in crisis. Essential is the evolutionary concept of the ‘next step’, to trigger virtuous and not virtual evolutionary dynamics.

With my IMO colleagues, I like to bring these innovative methodology, combined with my experience in the Profit and Non-Profit spheres, to help people to act for the personal and common good.
