What inspires and drives me:
What excites me is the joy of guiding individuals and organizations on their unique paths. I am motivated by the opportunity to discover new perspectives together and to always find solutions that drive progress. I approach challenges with determination, viewing them as opportunities to grow and try new things. I am particularly inspired by working with people who boldly seek new ways forward. Supporting them and helping them to realize their potential is especially fulfilling for me.
Areas of Focus:
My focus is on neuroscience, personality typologies, coaching, and leadership, with a specialization in applying neuroscientific insights to organizational development and consulting. I assist companies in optimizing their structures and processes to foster sustainable growth. Through my academic work, I bring extensive experience in mentoring young researchers and have successfully led numerous research projects on both national and international levels. These experiences directly inform my consulting work, helping organizations to unlock their potential and effectively manage change. My key areas of expertise include the individual development of leaders and teams, as well as the promotion of a strong and holistic corporate culture.
Professional Background:
Waldorf education. Training as a paramedic. Studies in biology and pharmacology. PhD in pharmacology in 2014. Since 2019, research group at the Institute of Pharmacology & Toxicology at the University Hospital Jena. Completed habilitation in 2023. Since 2016, I have been a trainer in scientific integrity at national and international universities. Since 2017, I have served as the chairperson of the supervisory board of a large Waldorf education association. In 2021, I obtained a master’s degree in personal and business coaching as well as in systemic constellation leadership.
