New edition of the IMO International Master’s Programme 2027–2028 in Italy

Following recent developments from the European Union regarding educational qualifications, the start date of the International Master’s programme “ORGANISATIONS OF THE FUTURE AND INDIVIDUAL AWARENESS – Horizontal Leadership and Systemic-Evolutionary Development” has been postponed to January 2027 (previously scheduled for September 2026).

Aimed at managers, entrepreneurs, consultants, trainers and professionals, the Master’s programme aims to support a new approach to leadership to drive development in the organisations of the future, promoting the evolution of individual and collective consciousness.

The transformative learning method will enable participants to develop new behaviours and, at the same time, new processes, by experimenting with the innovative methodology of horizontal leadership for integrated organisations (HOLIO). This will give rise to what we define as the systemic and evolutionary development of individuals as co-creators of organisations that are consciously customer/beneficiary-oriented.

The key words of the programme are: process, dialogue, biography.

The decision to postpone the starting date enables us to ensure alignment with innovative and high-quality standards, offering participants more tangible benefits in terms of the recognition of their skills, which will be duly certified upon completion of the Master’s programme.

We have also revised the enrolment options and the relevant fee policies to make the process easier for participants.
