Michal Rozenberg – born in 1965, married to Eyal, mother of three children and grandmother of two grandchildren.
Biographical counselor and organizational consultant.
In 2015-2017 I attended a masterclass at the IMO Institute for Human and Organizational Development, with Adriaan, Hans and Ronen.
In 2018-2021 I studied to become a biographical counselor.
I start and establish educational initiatives. In my youth, I initiated and founded a youth movement and a training center. I worked in informal education settings.
In 2003, together with several other people, we initiated and established a Waldorf school called “Oded”, the sixth school in Israel. At the school, I worked in various management teams, including external management team, internal management team and administrative management team. Over the years, I have been researching and deepening my understanding of the field of organizational structure and leadership.
I have gained a lot of experience in leading organizations with horizontal leadership.
During my 15 years of work at the school, I also accompanied new Waldorf educational initiatives in Israel.
From 2018 to 2023 I worked at the National Forum for Waldorf Education, whose main goal is to develop and promote Waldorf education in Israel.
Until today, I am an organizational consultant and I work mainly with educational work teams.
I have been working as a biographical consultant since the end of my training, for the past three years.
