As a business manager in the fashion sector for 25 years, I was able to acquire good skills in managing business processes and the interpersonal dynamics that are intertwined with them. I have always believed in the strength of teamwork but also in the importance of balanced and horizontal leadership that encourages the birth of a spirit of co-entrepreneurship within companies and work groups. I think that true leaders are those who manage to ignite the desire to participate and the enthusiasm around projects, having a clear understanding of the ethical responsibility that derives from their power and which has real repercussions on the lives of the people they lead and, in a broader perspective on society.
Beyond the specific sector skills, the experience gained during company management, combined with a lively, curious and positive approach and good communication skills with people, has allowed me to achieve complex goals. The last few years spent between Italy and the UK, leading a team of “digital natives”, I have added a new extension to the already solid work experience. I have a strong enthusiasm for transferring what I have acquired in the field to others, giving my contribution to the development of people, work groups and organizations.
Working with IMO methodology and colleagues is for me a source of continuous inspiration and renewal.
