Ryan was introduced to the IMO methodology through the IMO China Masterclass in 2019. Over the following six years, he consistently practiced IMO methodology in both family and business contexts to develop his leadership capabilities, ultimately joining IMO officially in 2025.

- As a Spiritual Practitioner, Ryan practices meditation daily, including standing meditation, seated meditation, and Tai Chi, aspiring to realize the Zen wisdom of “non-duality of body and mind.”
- As an IMO Consultant, Ryan applies IMO methodology to help CEOs and startup teams identify core challenges and achieve both organizational breakthroughs and personal transformation. Through this work, he is building his own IMO leadership community.
