12 March 2026 Adriaan Bekman willl present his newest book on Waldorfschools which is also a contribution to the European project on Waldorfschools that IMO did last years. The presentation is part of a performance on language of the soul in the Beauforthuis in Zeist Netherlands.

Waldorf education has evolved over the past century, starting in Stuttgart when Emil Molt inquired about educational approaches for his employees’ children with Rudolf Steiner. Together, they established the principles of Waldorf education, which now spans the globe, adapting to local cultures. Each Waldorf school, whether in Cape Town or Rotterdam, reflects its unique context while maintaining the core mission of fostering a child’s individual identity (“I”). This book offers stories and tools to guide the future of Waldorf education.
