With a master’s degree in Plant Production and Bioprocesses from UFSCar and a bachelor’s degree in Agroecology from the same institution, Jessica Foschini has built a professional career focused on agricultural production management, the promotion of sustainable cultivation practices and the development of people.

She served as Production Manager, where she was responsible for defining and ensuring the achievement of goals, aligning quality, costs, deadlines and the well-being of the teams. Her competencies include production scheduling, cost reduction and team training. In addition, she closely monitored the market, sales, and marketing strategies, implementing actions that boosted the company’s growth.

As a production coordinator, she was responsible for the implementation of UGBs, training in process mapping and the development of standard operating procedures. In the research area, she developed an innovative protocol for the in vitro propagation of Bougainvillea sp. and led commercial flower cultivation projects. In addition, it has implemented strategies for monitoring and biological control of pests and diseases, promoting a more sustainable production environment. Her dedication has resulted in the ‘MPS Sustainable Quality’ certification with a top score, highlighting his commitment to responsible agricultural practices.

During her academic career, she stood out for her proactive contribution and leadership skills, being a class representative, member of the athletic association, coordinator of research groups, and co-founder of the Ana Maria Primavesi Academic Center, which remains in operation to this day.

Currently, Jessica is a consultant in human and organizational development and works as an entrepreneur in an edible flower production company in the city of Holambra, where she applies her experience in horizontal leadership. She is a member of the fiscal council of the Hortifruti Holambra Cooperative and actively participates in the Committee of Women Cooperatives of the Veiling Holambra Cooperative, contributing to the strengthening of the sector.

In addition to her professional activities, Jessica is a constantly learning mother, committed to Waldorf pedagogy and the development of the human soul. She continuously seeks to deepen her knowledge about the spiritual life, participating in study groups dedicated to the subject.
