The IMO Foundation’s international conference in the Netherlands celebrating 20 years of existence ended a few days ago.
Colleagues from 11 countries and their clients animated interesting workshops and seminars on the fundamentals of the IMO methodology for horizontal leadership and integrated organisations and its concrete applications.
Key topics:
🎯 renewing the organisation’s vital forces and paths of self-realisation in an ecological sense
♦️ working with the competency framework and meta competencies of horizontal leadership
♻️ stimulating the generation of self-managed groups by connecting vertical elements (budget results indicators) with horizontal ones (dialogue processes biography)
📊 using numbers and indicators to renew the sense of community.
A fertile and enriching experience that highlighted how necessary and possible it is, in various countries and cultures, to promote a humanism of organisational life, in which people are subjects and not objects of change.
