Hans was already enthusiastic about Waldorf School education in the Netherlands during his chemical technology studies. He went to study inorganic chemistry with the aim of becoming a chemistry teacher at a private school in the Netherlands. In Zutphen he worked for almost 20 years as a chemistry teacher (1983-2001). At that school he became more and more interested in organizational development and dealing with people.
In 2001 he took the step to work as an interim manager at Waldorf schools. After 8 years he was asked as director of BVS-schooladvies, an educational consultancy for Waldorf schools in the Netherlands. He has done that work for 10 years and now from the 1st January 2020 he has transferred that task.
He now wants to use his experiences in the field of (non-violent) communication, team development and organizational development within IMO.
For Hans, the metamorphosis from processes in matter to processes between people is a very natural transition. He enthusiastically shares his experiences and insights. To strive together for an organization that fits what you want to achieve as a group of people.
