Brief overview
Erica Rizziato’s book ‘Towards a humanism for organisations: horizontal leadership and counsciousness’ has just been published with CNR publisher. It proposes the innovative methodology for the development of people and organisations proposed by the CNR IMO spin-off company, the methodology for horizontal leadership and integrated organisations. Compared to the Italian edition, published in 2020 with Francoangeli, AIF series ‘Towards a humanism of organisational life: generating development in complexity with horizontal leadership’, the English version is updated and enriched with new contributions, and is presented by quantum physicist Federico Faggin and Filippo Abramo, former president of the European HR association.
About the Author
Erica Rizziato is a professional in the field of research and organisational development, with over twenty-five years of experience. With a degree in Statistics, she launched a project at CNR Ircres in 2000, focused on staff motivation, contributing significantly to the methodology of horizontal leadership. In all her main texts she explores and identifies new, highly innovative paradigms for addressing complexity in contemporary work.
