With more than 30 years of experience as an executive in People Management, I specialized in Strategic People Management, with an emphasis on corporate human and organizational development projects. My experience covers several sectors, such as food, sugar, alcohol, academia and technology and service provision.
I have an academic background in Business Administration, with specialization from USP in Ribeirão Preto, in addition to several improvement programs in the area of organizational management. My deep interest in human development and organizational changes began in my academic training – which strongly influenced my choice of the area of expertise: the People area. Also my work and my participation in the Social Pedagogy Seminars in Brazil made this choice a mission. I believe that organizational changes can have a positive impact on society, bringing more meaning to social relationships.
Since 2018, I have been working as an independent consultant and, since 2022, I have been part of the IMO Brazil team. It is inspiring to be part of this network of consultants, who seek a deep connection with the universal truths about human beings and their performance in society. The IMO’s approach, which aims at a new organization of the social pillars, based on mutual support and individual responsibility, resonates strongly with me.
