Dina’s basic degree is Social Psychology. Having received additional training in 1998 as an HR manager, she started working for a car market company. Company culture, personnel development, and team building became the spheres of particular interest to her. She continued her education, and having received business trainer qualifications, began working with various client organizations, helping them build a personnel management system through developing the skills of organizations’ managers.
In 2002, in Moscow, Dina took part in several seminars conducted by the consultants from the international Association for Social Development (ASD), founded in 1987 by Bernard Lievegoed. Social approach in working with organizations and individuals became a great discovery for her, and the desire to work with clients in this approach emerged. In 2007 she took part in the ASD conference in Vienna where she met Adriaan Bekman and other IMO colleagues. In 2011-2012 Dina took the course Consulting in Organizations, where one of the workshops was taught by Jutta Hodapp.
In 2013, Dina became ASD member, furthermore in 2016-2020 she was a member of the Facilitation group, the governing body of the Association. At the same time, she was actively involved in the work in the IMO Horizontal Leadership methodology with Joachim Heinz.
Between 2016 and 2022, in Yekaterinburg, Dina and Joachim have been holding seminars, conferences, annual programs for executives of various companies and independent consultants. Also, since 2019, they have been working together as consultants with several Russian companies on horizontal leadership development, helping organizations and communities to define meanings, develop leadership and team synergy.
