Daniela Pipaș joined IMO in November 2019 as one of the initiative carriers for setting up of IMO Romania.

Daniela has more then 20 years experience in corporate and entrepreneurial companies. In banking and IT industries. In sales, marketing and human resources.

She gets her inspiration from supporting people and organizations find the right resources to go through the process of letting go of old habits, beliefs, steering principles that no longer work as development infrastructure and connect with new impulses and visions, build new competencies, discover new dynamics between people, activating the will to act in the new direction and support step by step this change process.

IMO for her is the unique place where people development and organizational development go hand in hand. Where organization are living realities that receives economical and social purpose. Where people development sits at the basis of innovation, growth and clients serving.

Main directions for her work as a Consultant and Development Partner are:

  • Developing organizations. Organizations have three subsystems that need to work together: economic, technological and social. Based on the development phase that they are in they need different kind of processes and people in place. Working with stakeholders on current organizational development phase, understanding and working with their limitation and building a vivid competency map that serves the future objectives of the organization and the people that are working now in the organization, are all part of her work with horizontal organizing.
  • Developing autonomouteams. Autonomy at work requires support from both organizational and individual level. Organizations and leaders need to build processes and living culture of trust and learn as infrastructure for building the entrepreneurial spirit. Transforming decision making, taking responsibility of teams objectives, innovating by including different perspective, learning how to use tension and conflicts as innovation and growth opportunities are all part of her work with organizations.
  • Developing leaders and self leadership through horizontal leadership competencies. Self leadership becomes a competency that is vital in our times. This requires understanding of ones biography and ones task in the social sphere. Supporting leaders and professionals in to create clarity in their current context, to connect with their work, with their teams and their organization and work out of a purpose that is more a constant research process than a given task are all part of her work with professionals.

Daniela is also qualified in Biography Work, Non Violent Communication, Personal Development Counsellor and U Theory.
