At IMO Netherlands, we pride ourselves on cultivating meaningful relationships with our customers in their own environments. Recently, our team had the opportunity to visit the Social Security Bank, where we engaged in insightful discussions with colleagues invited by Lisanne Bekman.

Exploring Community Functioning

During our morning session, we delved deep into the principles of community functioning through constructive dialogue. This collaborative effort resulted in valuable insights that enhance our understanding of customer needs.

Reflecting with Our Founder

In the afternoon, we welcomed our founder, Adriaan Bekman, to join us online for a reflective session on our discoveries. Earlier this year, we conducted a similar meeting with the entrepreneurs at Werkgebouw, facilitated by our colleague Hans Passenier, and later discussed the outcomes with Hermanus, our colleague from Brazil.

Engaging with Local Communities

Our commitment to community engagement continued as we met with parishioners from Paaskerk, where Klaas now serves as pastor. For this session, Daniela will also participate, bringing additional perspectives to our discussions.

Upcoming Customer Engagements

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce another meeting at Happy’s Anafora Park Restaurant at the beginning of next year. 

These interactions foster a unique opportunity to strengthen our relationships with customers in their environments.
