Antonio Luiz joined IMO Brazil in 2019. Master’s in business administration (University of São Paulo, 2001) and agricultural engineer (University of São Paulo, 1985). Fellow of Ashoka Social Entrepreneurs (1998). Writer of a book on planning and development (2001) and other texts regarding social development in Brazil. TEDxUSP speaker (2008). Worked as associate director in Instituto Fonte for 21 years. Since 1989 works as consultant, facilitator, coach and educator within Brazilian nonprofits and companies. Married, (Waldorf) father of three boys, was born in 1964.
