Amit joined IMO Israel as a community facilitator and consultant in 2024.

After completing her M.A. in Economics and Management (Ben-Gurion University, 2000), Amit began her career as an economist at the Israeli Ministry of Finance. Over the past two decades, she has evolved into a multidisciplinary social entrepreneur, community-builder and leadership facilitator.

Between 2015 and 2023, Amit led numerous national and regional initiatives that integrate social innovation, education and community resilience — including establishing networks of educators and social entrepreneurs, facilitating the U.Lab Israel community, and managing leadership programs for public and private sectors. She has worked with municipalities, ministries, NGOs, and local councils to design and lead participatory processes for social change, healing, and leadership.

Today, Amit works as an independent consultant and facilitator. She accompanies leaders, organizations, and communities — particularly in the Gaza Envelope region — through processes of renewal, cooperation, and transformation. Her work bridges personal growth, community healing, and systemic development.

Amit practice diverse tools for personal and collective transformation, including Gene Keys, Human Design, and holistic therapy.

She believes that IMO provides a living field for exploring horizontal leadership, co-creation, and the emergence of a new culture of shared responsibility — one that empowers people to bring their unique light for the wellbeing of all.
