The 2026–2027 edition of the International Master’s Programme is set to begin in Italy next September.

Title is:  ORGANISATIONS OF THE FUTURE AND INDIVIDUAL CONSCIOUSNESS – Horizontal leadership and systemic-evolutionary development

A programme designed to drive change in an innovative way.

Aimed at managers, entrepreneurs, consultants, trainers and professionals, the Master’s programme aims to support a new approach to leadership to drive development in the organisations of the future, promoting the evolution of individual and collective consciousness.

The transformative learning method will enable participants to develop new behaviours and, at the same time, new processes, by experimenting with the innovative methodology of horizontal leadership for integrated organisations (HOLIO). This will give rise to what we define as the systemic and evolutionary development of individuals as co-creators of organisations that are consciously customer/beneficiary-oriented.

The key words of the programme are: process, dialogue, biography.

Validation of Competences
The competences will be validated by AIF (Italian Association of Trainers), linking them to the European EntreComp framework, introduced by the European Union in 2016 as part of the New Skills Agenda for Europe on the specific theme of entrepreneurship.
