Elena Timakova is an organizational development consultant, coach and facilitator based in Cheboksary, Russia.
In 2003, she received her first job offer as a recruitment assistant and stayed in HR for more than 20 years.
Elena built her career from recruiter and career manager to HR Business Partner in international companies such as Societe Generale and KPMG, and later became HR Director at the digital agency Agenda Media.
This experience gave her a deep understanding of the challenges leaders and employees face in traditional management systems, as well as a strong inner motivation to dedicate her work to the development and realization of people’s potential within organizations.
In 2023, she moved into private practice, focusing on working with teams and business owners. In 2024, Elena completed a training program in horizontal leadership with Dina Ushakova and Joachim Heinz, which became an important turning point in her professional path.
It was there that she recognized this approach as deeply aligned with her own view on people and organizations, and decided to work with clients within this methodology.
In February 2026, she entered the one-year development path to become an IMO consultant.
Today, Elena works with commercial organizations and Waldorf schools, supporting them in building effective processes, fostering meaningful dialogue and enabling collaborative creation.
She also facilitates leadership development programs and workshops, helping teams learn how to listen to each other, build agreements and create solutions together.
