Successful Conclusion of the IMO Master’s Programme in Italy
A few days ago, the IMO Master’s Programme in Italy successfully concluded, marking a significant milestone. For the first time, alongside the IMO Certificate, participants also received validation for their horizontal leadership competencies from AIF (Italian Trainers’ Association). This initiative aligns with the European Entrecomp Skills framework, focusing on human and organizational development.
Outstanding Achievements
The master’s programme ended with remarkable outcomes for all participants. They received valuable feedback from their colleagues, myself, and Grazia, as well as in-depth suggestions for personal development from Adriaan Bekman, the IMO founder. These insights fostered intense and meaningful moments throughout the course.
