Arina is the former CEO of a major Irkutsk-based company. The top-down management style and increased control that the organization had relied on in the past eventually reached their limits, and she realized that she needed to find new ways to motivate employees, foster engagement, and take each individual’s unique qualities into account.
Since 2012, while still serving as CEO, Arina has been actively studying practices for developing people and organizations. In 2014, after stepping down from her position as CEO, she decided to dedicate her professional career to coaching and established a private coaching practice.
Arina also became interested in transformational game methodologies and has become not only a facilitator but also the author of a number of games. One of her most popular games is based on Spiral Dynamics theory and truly enables people to find non-trivial answers to life’s questions and find a way out of difficult life circumstances. The game operates on individual and team level.
Arina devotes a lot of time to exploring people’s inner potential and applying mindfulness practices in her work with clients, but above all in her own personal development.
The combination of Arina’s expertise in business process design and automation—gained from her professional experience in the business world—with her coaching and transformational practices in personal development makes her work clear and accessible to clients on the one hand, and profound and enriching on the other.
