To the world of IMO I came from understanding that the current process is not enough, the vertical dimension don't answer all the questions. Horizontal leadership and its ability to allow a new approach to treat deep and new processes allow freedom of organization work.
Today - searching for the dialogue between the familiar standard process and the methodology of the IMO in order to enable growth and new options and space to the company the customers and myself.
