Today (March 18, 2018) we finished module 2 (of 6 modules, each taking three full days) of the IMO China Masterclass with over 30 participants. Beginning of this week we repeated module 1 in order to allow more people to join. Participants range from corporate business in IT and big data, training and HR, coaching, government, Waldorf teacher and administrators, to staff from the organization team.
Themes of the modules were: 7 levels of any organization. Maturity scale from Expert, Achiever, Pluralist, Integrator, Magician, to Unitive. Four leadership qualities. Heart coherence. Five exercises to build a harmonious soul. Vertical organizations that add horizontal leadership. How to build highly effective teams, which habits and behaviors are necessary? Steering convictions. Microsoft Satya Nadella’s book HitRefresh as an example for the Why, the How, and the What.
We had lectures and variations of exercises in small groups. We also formed bigger groups of similar professionals.

The participants organized several lines of cooperation until the next module in May, including online, offline, text reading, support to realize the learnings in professional daily practice, and work in the own leadership question.
A big thanks to the local team in Beijing, and to the translator who extra came from NewZealand. IMO is landing in China. A group has been formed to translate Adriaan Bekman’s book The Human Creation into Chinese.
