She has joined IMO institute because their approach is exactly the way she thinks and loves to work with clients. Among all the elements of IMO approach, her favorites are horizontality of organizational and leadership processes, awareness of the principles that guide the individual and organizational behaviors. She works as freelance and also in stable collaborations with CNR-IRCRES (research institute for sustainable economic growth of the National Council of Research, 5 years) and with the Department of Communication and Social Research of “Sapienza” University, 4 years).
In CNR-IRCRES’s projects, she supports public and private organizations in their development processes, creates commitment of people in re-design the processes they are involved in and, in the same time, contributes to generate in them skills for managing complexity and changing working attitudes.
For University “La Sapienza”, she works in researching projects related to the skills and organizational contexts of the ICT professions and crafts Digital. She has also developed the work-related stress topic and the way IMO methodology can give a significant contribution in making people active parts in creating workplaces that are endowed with sense and are socially sustainable.
