What is horizontal leadership?
I have been a lawyer and have acted as a manager for over 25 years now. I have encountered many organizations and various management methods. I recently became a coach (ICF) and have discovered the power of listening.
I have noticed the marvel in watching one’s personal truth being born and the power that is bestowed when the actions are the fruit of attentive listening.
The horizontal leadership afforded by IMO provides me with tools to act within the organization from a place of listening and dialogue, and allows me to facilitate giving birth to the unique truth befitting each organization, so as to generate the action required for progress and creativity.
