Christian Lucke, born in Leipzig in 1965, studied economy in Berlin and then worked at a consulting firm for the health sector in Berlin for three years where he provided consulting services to hospitals and health insurance companies. In the year 1993 he moved to the Netherlands to work as organization consultant, management trainer and coach at the NPI Institute for Organization Development in Zeist. In 1998 he went into business for himself and established Christian Lucke Consulting in Wijk bij Duurstede/Netherlands. In the year 2000 he relocated CLC to Korschenbroich near Düsseldorf/Germany.
From 1999 until 2008 he was a member of the supervisory board of Lievegoed Zorggroep, a Dutch organization for psychiatry, aid for drug users and therapeutic pedagogy. He is a trained quality auditor for the social and educational domains. Christian Lucke is a member of the international Association for Social Development.
He wrote the book “Der erfolgreiche Idealist – Idealismus auf neuen Wegen” (The Successful Idealist – Idealism Breaking New Ground) together with Ferdinand van Koolwijk, published by W. Bertelsmann in September 2010. In 2012 he became member oft he core group of IMO. Christian has specialized in organization development and social innovation for ideational organizations, service companies, administrative departments and the construction industry.
