After two year of work in Italy to renew Union culture around 80 future syndicalist learnt to became development agents and no more conflict manager. We worked with horizontal leadership to help them to observe the quality of their services with the “eyes” of their clients, the workers, and to improve them in explorative and experimental way. They did a path of development of Union processes and of their personal competences and created a network also for the development of the companies were they work. A brilliant process which will continue next years…..
