Registration You can register by using the registration form. You can order one or more brochures of the seminars. Registration will be administered by order of entrance. Is the maximum amount of participants for a seminar passed then your name will be put on the waiting list. You could then also register for one of the other seminars. We will inform you as soon as possible about the actual situation. Payment After registration you or your organisation will receive a confirmation and the bill. Two weeks before the start of the seminar your payment must have been received by IMO. Costs of hotel and stay Costs of hotel and stay are not included in the seminar fee. We can order a room for you. Paying must be done by you on the spot. All other costs you have made, you can pay yourself at the place of stay. Annulations Sometimes annulations is unavoidable. Please inform us as soon as possible. You can send your annulations till six weeks before the start of the seminar and you do not have to pay the seminar fee. Within the six weeks we have the following arrangement. Till three weeks before the start of the seminar you pay 50% of the fee. Within three weeks before the start of the seminar you have to pay the full fee. You can send another person of your organisation in your place. Is the seminar not held because of the lack of participants we will inform you three weeks before the start of the seminar. |
