The core group members work as individual consultants. IMO activities:
•	Conferences and workshops.
•	IMO colleagues give consultancy for organization development. In collaboration with the responsible leaders organization development processes are designed and implemented.
•	Developmental leadership in organisations acted out by IMO colleagues.
•	Coaching and intervision in the perspective of the organisation development.
•	IIMO is based on a supportive network of people that work in many parts of the world.
•	IMO co-operates with, persons and Institutes inspired by the Bernard Lievegoed Impulse on Human and Organization Development.
