Client and leadership There are two fundamental processes in each organisation that gives us hold. The first process is the process with the client. The second process is the leadership process. At the client our organisation finds its existence. In the leadership the impulse of the organisation manifest itself. Like the process with the client in the end defines the value of our contributions, so it is the leadership process that is the source for our contributions. In the leadership we find the creative, innovative source, the pulse and impulse for the community. In the process with the client we find the energy creating satisfaction and recognition for the community, the right of existence.
