Dialogue The community flourishes as we master the art of dialoguing. Dialogue bridges our differences and gives us a basis for creating new communities. This stands in contrast with the old community, that rests on only one foundation: "We are of the same". Differences become fruitful when they can be seen as sides of a common case. In dialogue we bring differences in a playing together. Then we shape a creative middle in which the new can come about and disappear again. The old community confirms tradition by integrating. The new community creates the new through dialogue.
