![]() Bernd joined the IMO coregroup in May 2005. In the last years he supports friendly institutes in Siberia and Italy/Sicily. Since 2003 he was for three years an interim manager in one of his oldest clients companies. With pleasure he acts in the supervisory board in a textile factory in Erfurt in the ex DDR. Since 1974 Bernd Kloke is engaged in the bio-dynamic and conventional agriculture. He fulfilled several positions in the Netherlands and Germany in this area. www.bollheim.de He sees as one of his life tasks - now for more then twenty years - to support the construction and further development of a 130 ha bio-dynamic farm in the area of Köln. After having lived for more then thirty-five years in the Netherlands he now lives in Sinzig at the Rhine. He loves good food and drinks and likes to prepare the meal together with others during which there is an interesting and inspiring conversation going on in a happy atmosphere. The past After the secondary school he went directly to the army with the idea that afterwards he could study without any delay. He became lieutenant in the army because the Berlin wall was raised and all had to stay half a year longer in the army for this reason. Bernd Kloke studied Psychology with specialisation ‘organisational psychology’. During his studies he also worked in different jobs like being a programmer at IBM and training horses in Iceland. In 1967 he moved with his family to the Netherlands and became junior consultant at the NPI institute for organisation development till 1970. Then he moved to Shell to become an internal organisation development co-worker. Back to the NPI he worked there as a senior consultant till February 2005. Experiences In several Family owned companies he supported the company management in handling the process of organisation development and gained specific experience in the process of leadership succession. Also he accompanied in Impulse companies the process of handing over the leadership stick.
