These comments were mentioned at the end of an invited gathering of 13 people on January 30, 2013 in Helsinki in a Horizontal Leadership workshop. In a smooth flowing two hours we oriented to 3 focus points in Horizontal leadership: 1. connecting the question to my biography; 2. creating a dialogue among participants; 3. following a process with discipline. Then we engaged in a small group dialogue exercise on leadership issues that make sense. We ended with reflecting on the 3 focus points in this exercise and with sharing our experiences in learning.

What a way to begin the day! Two hours of meaning, connection and flow – and we left with greater energy than at the beginning!
